Sinon Learning is built from real classroom experience, and that experience has value. As the project grows, contributing teachers should be recognized and compensated for the work they put into shaping curriculum, feedback, and tools.

This is an ongoing commitment rather than a finished program: as Sinon Learning's resources grow, so should the paths for teachers to be paid fairly for their expertise.
